"So let me ask you a question..."
That's how it all started. That's the day I found out that he was a pimp. The story about the pimp continues in some future blogs, for now, let me focus on what the following sentences are really about: Growing up with guys as friends versus girls. Man did I learn the ins and outs when growing up. Proud of having these male friends come to me for advice, grateful for our pep talks, discussions, and arguements. Later on in life to become a great advisor, maybe I should start charging ;) In later chapters of my life, I've heard men tell me "I don't know why girls think that about me," or "why they insinuate this about me." Really? Another thing I've heard is "I don't know why she thought that...When prior to that I told her this"...Really? Here are the factors, being nice versus going out of your way to make her feel special, flirting, actions, the things you say, how you say them, and how much time are you giving the individual. There are many more factors, but I'll stick to these for now. I was asked today by a friend if he has led me to think that we are something more than friends, if you see how he treats me then YES, the answer is yes, but I'm smart enough to know better. In reality, I know the answer is no because I have studied his behavior. But he is so good at what he does; making a woman feel special. I mean, if he seriously treats everyone one of his girl friends that he chills with, just like he treats me, then there must be a lot of fooled girls out there. The "pimp" has got game ladies and gentleman. Note to the man out there: Don't make every woman friend, if she really is a friend, feel so special if your intentions are not to go there with her. And there is a difference between respecting your friend vs. making her feel special. That is why there is so much miscommunication in the method of having friends of the oppositte sex. So many people are a part of the film philosophy "2 Can Play That Game." Enough frucken games and just keep it real, is that simple. I'm having a difficult time understanding that being nice is someone's excuse for being misunderstood. I can be nice to people without them getting the conception that I'm interested in more than just friendship. For crying out loud, I don't treat my guy friends the same way I would treat a crush...that's just me though... If you're a nice guy, remain a nice guy! You are who you are, but be who you are without misguiding! It can be done! For example: If you're a guy into sports (most of you are), It's football season, I even know that. I know how important Sundays are to a man. If a man that is really into football, asks to have dinner with me on Sunday, because he knows that I work every day except that day, that is an indication of his interest in me. If I were just your friend we could have dinner after the season is over. You investing your time in me on Sunday Night Football makes me feel special. You are sending the wrong message. Understand? He doesn't know why all girls think he's a hoe? Hmmmmm The image you are feeding to the public tells it all buddy. Have you seen your pictures and the shit you post on your facebook account? You constantly downgrade girls, and refer to them as sex objects. You talk about your materialistic possessions more than you talk about feelings, heck you never talk about feelings. But I KNOW YOU! I know that this is the image you portray and not who you really are. But at the end of the day everyone will come to believe the product you sell. And you talk about sex so much, you would have a good amount of money if your career was based on it. The sad part is that some women still end up sleeping with you, knowing that you have slept with so many others. You're a pimp too! All & all, I'm done blogging for now! Peeeeeace!

How does one forgive someone that has caused you or someone you love pain? How does an individual keep living after a tramautic experience? How does a woman live after being raped? How does a man keep living after seeing a sibling dies? How does a woman love again after being married for over 20 years to find her husband laying in a bed with someone else, or vise versa. How does a parent bury his or her child? How do you react? Some people loose faith, and some people, simply just loose it. I thank God for certain people in my life. Not many people can give advice. I mean great advice, that no matter how you are feeling, after you are done talking with them, you're inspired. And one person, just put things into perspective for me, and I appreciate this person more than they know. It truly is hard to do the right thing, truly hard not to want to take matters into one's hands, and to leave it up to God, and to let Karma takes its course. That SUCCESS IS THE BEST KIND OF REVENGE. A person that reminds of quotes to remember; that just stick with you because they make so much sense. Recently, I've just been getting hit left and right with positivity from people, people that don't even realize that they are inspiring me. I have come to see things and just appreciate them for what they are. I know I'm not going crazy, I know that I'm growing as an individual, that I'm growing spiritually, that sometimes God speaks to us and we merely just have to listen. Life is filled with unexpected negative and positive experiences. And some of those positive experiences, are the same ones that go sour and cause us the negative pain; marriage is a prime example.
Sermon in church today will stick with me for the rest of my life. Not even Jesus Christ could reach every single person. Even He was doubted, beaten, and cursed. Even He could not please every individual, so can I? It is impossible. All you can do, is keep following your dream. Do what you want to do, believe in yourself, and someone will always criticize you. Hence that is why I always tell people, F what other people think! What do you want?! You see....anyone has the power to do whatever they want to do, and in broken record, only he or she can stop themself from achieving it. DO NOT EVER GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE POWER TO BREAK YOU. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THAT POWER UNLESS YOU GIVE IT TO THEM. In closing, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THAT POWER or anyone for that matter. I thank God for my friends and for those that believe in me. Why is this project so important? For many reasons to me. PAIN LOVE & PASSION is the title of my upcoming short film, with its ultimate goal to obtain the budget for a feature. Simply Rhode Island has talent and many times we lack the resources to get the recognition nationwide. It is my goal to bring that recognition to our small state, as Manny Perez has inspired me to do so. The music will consist of local musical artists; the locations, of local business versus corporate. Every piece of this puzzle will display my neighborhood, my people. My Hispanic community is a huge impact on this project. This story is inspired by the life of a young Dominican man, born in New York , raised in the southside of Providence . I don't know what it is! Well, I do, It's God of course. God working in a mysterious way as He always does. I'm blessed and I'm focused! And if I was focused before, than I must be high on focus now. Whatever you do, whatever you desire to do, whatever your dream, DO IT! Find a way! Do your homework, and apply yourself! And don't just merely do it, or try to do it once and then give up...but Give it the most you can, and do it with GOD! Will you fail? Maybe not, Maybe you will, but it isn't suppose to be easy, it's suppose to be hard, so when you do accomplish that goal, it makes it that much greater to cherish. Don't allow anyone's negativity to stop you! Only you can stop yourself! And do your homework! The internet is a great source! Cut out anything that maybe preventing you from hussling. (I had a little bad addiction to a game on my phone that when I had spare time, instead of doing homework, I was playing a game! stupid I know!) I just wanted to share that all with you. I've cut some negative things out of my life and feel renovated. And work keeps coming, well, I keep going to get them, but I go in those auditions with my A mentality! When I enter that audition room, I say: "I'm focused, I got this, I'm talented, and my competition ain't got ish on me," And when that little negative voice (you know that voice), starts saying, "omg but she looks like the part," or "you're not going to get this job," YOU TELL IT TO "SHUT UP, BECAUSE "I'M THE CHAMP!" Even you can be your own worst enemy you know! Keep yourself surrounded around positive people. This is key! And like a good friend told me....Don't let anyone take your happy! Sometimes I sit back and think about the things that happen in this world,
why things are the way they are! Have you ever done that? Just wonder why? Simply why and how? And just question everything... Why things work the way they work... The structure of the human body... the circle of life... the animals, human nature, the sky, and the universe, the planets, the galaxy... I wish I had the answers to the way things function the way they function... Is there really life outside of Earth, I mean because there has to be. Why would there only be life on Earth when there is an entire galaxy! And how do they exist? And maybe they call us/consider us the aliens... I know I can't be the only one that thinks about these things. Where will I be 5 years from now? How is heaven? Because I doubt it's anything like the images we see in movies, or the content we are fed. Or maybe it is...IDK! Just felt like blogging my thoughts.... FOR THOSE CURIOUS TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE FREEWAYENTERPRISE.COM CONTEST, I DON'T KNOW. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ANNOUNCED THE WINNER. WE WENT ON A LONG JOURNEY TOGETHER! I PRAY THAT I HEAR WHAT ENDED UP HAPPENING SOON. I AM NOT GOING TO LIE, I AM HIGLY DISAPPOINTED, 3 MONTHS OF MY LIFE.
